The AAAA maintains its strategic direction and oversight through its Board. 

The Board is made up of up to thirteen directors comprised of eight directors elected by members, up to four directors appointed by the board and the immediate past President who serves an additional two-year term.

The Board appoints a Chief Executive Officer who leads a team based in our Canberra office.
