Agricultural and Fire Pilot (Fixed Wing) – Cummins SA

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are excited to recruit an experienced agricultural pilot for the South Australian spray season commencing in June.  Based in Cummins, on the Lower Eyre Peninsula, this role will build our capability to deliver on a busy season spraying canola, barley, wheat and legumes.

You will be able to remain safety centered and maintain operational standards during a busy periods, have a professional attitude towards the role, demonstrate a mechanically minded approach and take proper care of equipment.

As this is an independent position you will be required to think creatively to solve day to day complex problems quickly, safely and efficiently while having the full support from the team on the ground.

For the right applicant we will be able to offer additional work over the summer season as we transition to Fire Bombing based at Pt Lincoln.

This is a rare opportunity for an Agricultural Pilot as we are able to offer year round work, which would allow you to live in one location all year, saying goodbye to chasing work across the Nation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• CPL
• CASA licence
• Class 1 or 2 Medical
• Minimum 1,500 hours Ag
• Minimum 200 hours AT802 (fire bombing or agricultural)
• ASIC Security Card (or able to attain)
