AIRCRAFT MIXER/LOADER – GROUND SUPPORT CREW

Riverina Crop Care is a family-owned Aerial Agriculture business based in Wakool, NSW, on the NSW/Victoria border. We operate a modern fleet of Air Tractor aircraft, supported by new and upgraded mixing and loading equipment. We take pride in delivering high-quality service and maintaining a great team culture.

We are seeking a full-time ground crew member for an immediate start.

Key duties include:

• Mix and load agricultural products into aircraft for aerial application
• Refuel aircraft and ground support vehicles
• Maintain and clean ground vehicles and equipment, including washing aircraft and machinery
• Liaise with customers as required
• Receive and stock take chemicals and supplies as required

Requirements:

• Current driver’s licence
• HR licence (preferred)
• Forklift licence (preferred)
• ChemCert (preferred)
• Dangerous Goods licence/competency (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Note: Training can be provided and preferred qualifications may be obtained by the successful candidate.

Experience, Key Duties & Responsibilities

Experience mixing and loading aircraft is preferred, however on-the-job training will be provided. You’ll work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with additional hours required during peak season as workload demands. Occasional short trips away from base may also be required.

Remuneration

Pay will be based on experience and ranges from $30 to $45 per hour, plus superannuation.
