We are looking for a motivated and organised Assistant Operations Manager to support the delivery of safe, efficient, and professional aerial operations at our Moree Base.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with coordinating client applications and operational requirements.

· Maintain stock levels and inventory records, including chemical usage monitoring.

· Liaise with chemical suppliers and assist with ordering and delivery coordination.

· Support pilot and mixer briefings, including job requirements and hazard information.

· Create and maintain job records and client information within CLASS and Tabula systems.

· Monitor weather conditions and communicate operational updates.

· Support training, onboarding and competency tracking of staff.

· Assist with quality assurance and compliance documentation.

· Coordinate rosters and resource allocation.

· Maintain AIMS and operational records.

· Assist with aircraft loading requirements and remote airstrip logistics.

· Operate a forklift safely when required.

· Assist with Search and Rescue Watch (SAR-Watch).

About You

• Experience in administration, operations, logistics, aviation, agriculture or similar.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Ability to manage competing priorities.

• Commitment to safety and operational excellence.

• Forklift licence desirable.
