The Aerial Improvement Management System (AIMS) is an integrated approach to managing all aspects of aerial application and running a better aerial application business.
AIMS is designed to improve:
safety for all involved in aerial application
business management and development
compliance with regulation and best practice
outcomes for clients, staff and owners
To do this, AIMS is underpinned by a systemic approach to risk management which drives key policies, plans, procedures, training and records management.
Participants in the AIMS program are mentored through the development of their policies and plans based on AAAA’s library of resources. They undertake training and improvement to reach the ‘AIMS Accredited’ level. Once they are ‘AIMS accredited’, an ongoing training and audit program assists them to continue improving their business.
AIMS accredited members can display the AIMS operator logo, recognising their commitment to ongoing business and safety improvement.
