AAAA plays a major role in providing training to industry members both through Spraysafe accreditation, a comprehensive conference and technical meeting program, training courses and general information to members.

Training
2025 CRM / HF / Wires Training Course (Online)
What: The AAAA online Wires, Human Factors and Crew Resource Management course
Mode: Online
Time: 1400-1700 Eastern Australian Time
- Participants will be required to complete a short quiz at the completion of the session. This can be completed up to one week after the end of the session.
- AAAA members will receive a certificate of completion following attendance and completion of quiz.
- Participants who do not register may not have a result recorded
- This course contributes 2 points to the Professional Pilots Program.
2026 Chief Pilots Course
What: The AAAA provides a course for pilots wishing to move into the Chief Pilot role. This CASA approved course has been designed to help participants learn from the instructor and their peers as they consider aspects of airmanship, leadership and management. Successful completion will accelerate your progress through the Head of Flying Operations process.
Mode: 3 Days Residential

- Attend and actively participate in the sessions.
- Complete the course workbook.

2025 Operations Manager Inaugural Course
What: This AAAA designed course has been developed to provide current and future Operations Managers with a range of knowledge and skills to help improve the performance of themselves and the company.
Mode: 2 Days Residential

2026 Regional Meeting Program
What: Over 2026 the AAAA will run a series of regional meetings/workshops to provide members with the opportunity to get the latest updates and developments. Regional workshops are held around the country to allow as many AAAA members to attend.
Mode: 1 day workshop followed by social dinner
